I run clinics in Central London, at 5 Upper Wimpole Street W1; also in South Buckinghamshire near Great Missenden, and online.
I work with:
- adults
- young people
- couples
- families
I have trained as a couples and family counsellor with The Gottman Institute, and as a post-trauma therapist with the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine. I have over 40 years experience of providing narrative reframing therapy and mentoring to groups and individuals from diverse backgrounds – including survivors of war zones, severely traumatised children and couples/families addressing conflict.
I use several therapeutic approaches including the use of story-prompted expressive writing. I am the Director of the Institute for Story-Guided Therapy & Mentoring which provides expertise to large organisations: schools, colleges, public institutions such as the police, and to businesses.
